The remainder of the week was spent working from home, continuing progress towards project goals while also allowing for some personal time.

What does a day in the life of a senior consultant look like?
I'm pregnant. It varies again by project. For most of my projects, especially before COVID, it would entail flying out Monday morning. You go to the client site and work in an office that they've hopefully prepared for you.
During that time, you're likely achieving the goals you identified beforehand, in terms of what tasks you need to do. You're there until Thursday, which is typically when you fly back home.
Then, in between, you go out, spend some time with your team, and enjoy the city a little bit. You're probably also working a lot of hours, to be honest.
Fridays, I would usually work from home and again, piece by piece, work towards the goal that I'm trying to achieve for that client.
