What are your main responsibilities within your role?

Right now, I'd say I have two roles. My main role is being in the PhD program at USD in the leadership program. I had to prioritize being a student over everything else, as it was a challenging program to get into.

Education is my highest priority, so being a student is my primary role. My second role is the founder and CEO of my coaching business, "All the Best Coaching." It's a startup, so there's a lot going into it right now.

I've been working with a website developer for the past year, since last February. We've had challenges with getting the website started and different project management issues, which has consumed a lot of my time.

I also coach a few USD students weekly. However, my main responsibility right now is working with the website developer remotely to get the website set up. Once that's done, I'll start networking more. I had no idea how much work went into a small business; it's been a huge learning process.
