What do you enjoy most about being in your role?

Aside from the formalities and the freedom that comes with the structure, I'd say definitely the payoffs of coaching. When you see people have those "aha" moments or finally figure out answers to their hardest life challenges, knowing you played a part in that is really gratifying.

I actually find a lot of answers to my own problems by listening to the people I coach. I'm constantly thinking about whether I can relate to their experiences. When they're talking, I might realize, "Oh, I didn't realize I did that too," or "Maybe this is one of my blind spots."

It's really life-changing to see them change and overcome their struggles. I know I've had my own fair share of struggles, so it's so cool to see people transform. It takes a lot to overcome things, and seeing people change from when you first start working with them until the end and beyond is amazing.
