People who thrive in this industry are very much go-getters. A lot of the biggest departments, especially on the team side, are ticket sales.
I work near a lot of ticket sales. I don't work in it personally, but I see the day-to-day lives and the things they go through to achieve their goals. They are very passionate and they work as a team to achieve results.
I see that people on the same team with the same goals have the same mindset. It's a very team-driven environment.
