I would say being very detail-oriented is important, along with having strong tech skills. SQL, Excel, and Tableau are probably the three biggest tools I use the most.
A little bit of Python can also be helpful, depending on the projects you're working on. But I'd say those are the main things required for this position.
You also have to be a really good communicator. Finding all the data and using all the tools is great, but if you can't communicate that information to those who need it, then it's time to move on.
