What are the main responsibilities within your role?
The main responsibilities are post-event reporting. This involves looking at ticket sales, food, beverage, parking, and suite sales, and pretty much everything in between.
Then, those numbers are given to the right departments. We basically run two different reports after each event. Some go to the senior level leadership of the stadium, and some go to the heads of different departments for their various metrics.
We also help build dashboards for different departments to use for their various needs. For example, the parking team at SoFi has a lot of issues with bottlenecks. Creating a tool for them helps them see where those bottlenecks are and increase the flow of traffic or lessen it as best they can.
