What entry-level positions are there in this field that undergraduates and graduate students might consider?

There are always sales positions available. As I mentioned earlier, that's usually the largest department for those looking to work with a team.

There are also many internships where teams will advertise. We are hiring an intern for this role, which is probably the easiest way to get in the door from an entry-level perspective.

Beyond that, once you have an internship with a company, say the Rams here in LA, adding that to your resume really helps. This is because if you're trying to go from one team to another, the brand of the company you worked for, that logo, is very recognizable.

People in the industry understand what you do because they all operate similarly. There are 32 teams in the league, and they're all trying to do the same thing. So, it's very easy to transfer from one team to another.

The only downside is that you may have to relocate from state to state or city to city.
