Could you walk me through your career path?
Please start with your experiences in college, any internships, or jobs you had before your current role.
So, starting in the beginning, I went to Arizona State and graduated there in 2021. While I was there, I had a couple of internships with Salt River Project, working in data and with the IT team.
Fast forward to graduation. My first role was with FanDuel, working as a Commercial Insights Analyst here in Los Angeles. A lot of what I did there was based around advising senior leadership and writing insights into how data was performing on a month-to-month basis. I looked at how bettors were performing, where they were placing their bets, and how much they were wagering to see what insights we could gather from there for reporting. I also helped other teams with their analytical needs.
After that, I had a contract role with the NFL, working with the product operations team. This involved watching all the NFL games and making sure they ran smoothly. I also assisted all the clubs with any issues they had on their website from a product operations perspective.
Following that, I had a role with E15 Group, which does the analytics for leading restaurants. This company provides food and beverage for many sports venues across the nation, with over 300 venues in their portfolio in the United States. There, I was creating dashboards and assisting senior leadership with decision-making. One thing I remember is sitting down with the president of the Clippers and helping him decide on a hotdog crisis, which was kind of cool.
Right now, in my current role with SoFi Stadium, I'm a Senior Analyst there and have been for about seven months. A lot of what I do is post-event reporting for events that are not football games, as I work for the stadium, not the Rams or Chargers. However, my team does work for the Rams, and I assist them with their various projects as well.
