What do you enjoy most about being in your recovery cloud?

I get to work with small businesses. It can be confronting. The success rate is not huge for companies at this stage, which makes it all the more fulfilling.

When groups succeed, when they take on more market share, when their offices and teams grow, it's exciting. When they're getting accolades within their space and the general market, it's awesome to be a part of.

Furthermore, I get to make very impactful changes within the organization to increase effectiveness. With that control comes a lot of responsibility.

This is a very fulfilling type of role. Instead of sitting back and being a bystander in meetings, I'm the one calling them. I'm the one building the standard operating procedures.

I seek out strategic partners that I want us to collaborate with and clients that I want us to work with. It is very much where I want to take the ship.
