Transcript

Could you walk me through your career path, starting with your experiences in college and any internships or jobs you had before your current role?

Yes, I've had a pretty unusual path. I started in business school at Bentley University for a year, but I realized it wasn't really for me.

I took one course in environmental sustainability, and that truly sparked a passion for something I'd never considered before. Based on that class, I decided to transfer to the University of New Hampshire to study environmental science.

There, I immersed myself in sustainability and its many connections to society, food systems, and business. While at UNH, I pursued study abroad programs, research opportunities, and various sustainability fellowships.

These experiences allowed me to deeply explore the different aspects of sustainability. This ultimately led me to my current position as an energy engineer, where I focus on sustainability and energy efficiency within the building sector.
