What is your biggest challenge in your current role?

The biggest challenge in my current role is time and task management. I'm involved in partnerships, marketing, and products, which all tie together.

It’s like being a master puppeteer, ensuring all the plates are spinning simultaneously. If you drop a plate, you have to stop what you’re doing to pick it up and get it spinning again.

There’s a certain momentum, a dance and balance involved in that. It's been a journey trying to manage tasks, especially in a fast-paced, remote environment.

It's really difficult, and I'm still working to improve every single day. I'm by no means an expert, but that’s been the biggest challenge.
