How would you describe people who typically thrive in this industry?

I think people who enjoy, well, not necessarily the industry, I guess, is different. I think in the role, people who enjoy spending time with other people, just being a people person, enjoying getting to know people and forging alliances.

I think the industry at large, you don't necessarily need to be that way, but I'd say having a passion. Ideally, if there's some game you like to play, I think that's always fun because it's a good starting point.

But you don't necessarily have to be a gamer. I think you just have to be passionate about entertainment in some capacity and also care enough about whatever game you're working on to learn about it so that you can speak intelligently about it and relate to other people.

But yeah, I think being passionate is helpful because there's a lot of nerds in this industry, and so they all have really strong opinions about certain things. Even if you don't have a strong opinion about what they have a strong opinion about, if you have a strong opinion, they'll kind of see that fire in you.

I think that helps you succeed and builds friends and good positive relationships with coworkers as well. So I think that's definitely something that's helpful.
