What skills are most important for a job like yours?

I think there are multiple qualities that are important. The first is curiosity.

We work with so many issues and on a lot of emerging platforms, constantly tweaking and tinkering with our tactics. We have to remain curious about the latest trends happening in social media, marketing, and ads. We need to think about what's breaking through and how we can captivate our audiences by being in touch with trends and how people are talking about issues. That curiosity to learn more really pays off in the long run.

I would also add that being meticulous about organization is crucial. We constantly meet deadlines for our clients and often work on multiple projects at once. It's important to create a system where we can map out our responsibilities, deliverables, and internal team checkpoints.

This helps us stay on top of our assignments so we can deliver for clients and react quickly to big moments happening around us.
