What are your main responsibilities within your current role?
Yes, as I mentioned, I'm the co-founder of yournegotiations.com. Our team consists of me, my husband, who are both co-founders, a virtual assistant, and another virtual assistant. So there are only four of us.
My responsibilities encompass everything, but primarily, I'm the negotiations expert. I speak with our clients and develop content for our one-on-one work. We assist clients with job offers and business contracts.
I also build our courses, creating the content, decks, and materials. Additionally, I run these courses. For instance, I'm starting a live course tomorrow, which I will present and lead.
I also handle partnerships, including podcast interviews and giving talks. These can be private talks within communities or broader presentations. I was the keynote speaker at the Bay Area Career Fest panel. Those are my primary responsibilities.
