As a manager, you have several people reporting to you. You are essentially the boss that people discuss. You want your employees to speak well of their manager, but you also understand that you can't be liked by everyone.

Being a manager means not only fulfilling the tasks assigned by your superiors, but also balancing company requirements with the needs of your team. This challenge is very interesting.

I believe that years down the line, this management opportunity will effectively teach me a lot about my role. The day-to-day responsibilities will provide valuable lessons.
