What is one lesson that you've learned that has proven significant in your career?

I think the power of networking is crucial, and you'll hear that time and time again. The industry, both on the sports and entertainment side, is so small.

Maintaining and developing relationships, and building your network, is really important. Fostering those relationships is also key.

I still talk to my former boss from Fox Deportes. I call him, and he'll give me advice about my current role or what I'm looking to do in the future. I have so many other people I can reach out to because of the network I've built.
