What do you enjoy most about your current role?
Every day, I'm excited to build relationships with salespeople by consistently providing them with good work and insights. This helps build a partnership where we're more on equal footing.
It's rewarding to provide so much credibility that they say, "Oh, yeah, I really like the work you did on this presentation. Could you actually accompany me to the retailer presentation?" To me, that's the ultimate show of respect.
It signifies that they like the work so much, they want my help in the actual retailer presentation. Those are the kinds of things I value. Again, it's about building relationships with coworkers and providing great insights.
