What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?
What I really enjoy about my current role is being able to interact with a team that I love and respect. My coworkers have achieved a lot in their careers, and they're now teaching me. They're also just wonderful people with whom I connect on a one-on-one basis.
I feel I really lucked out with the type of people I've been able to work with. I feel like many others don't have that same experience. My team members are ultimately what make me feel very confident and secure in my job.
They set me up for success, which is also a huge thing that I'm thankful for. They want to see me grow, which is a very big thing to consider, especially when you want to grow your career. The motivation there is really excellent.
And obviously, I get to hear about all the fun pop culture stuff that happens as well. It's really fun overall.
