What do you enjoy most about being in the healthcare industry?
I think being able to help people in healthcare is really important. It directly ties into quality of life, so I think being able to make a difference to people's quality of life is really rewarding.
Also, I feel like healthcare is merging with technology. Hearing aids now can be paired to your phone and connect to different accessories or the TV. I think that emerging technology, even within the hearing industry, is really awesome to be a part of and offer.
