What is your biggest challenge in your current role?

As a service provider, my role is subservient to my client's needs. If the phone rings on a Friday night and it's important to my client, you have to put whatever you're doing down and deal with that problem. This applies whether you're on vacation, out at a party, or wanting to do something different.

Clients rely on you to deliver, and they only call when it's super important. Your life tends to get put on hold in significant ways. I missed my best friend's wedding when I was younger because a big deal required my attention.

It's challenging to balance everything. Lawyers tend to be very busy and hardworking, often working grueling hours. It's very hard to find that work-life balance.
