What are your main responsibilities within your current role?
My official title is Reading and Improvement Success Manager. In many ways, it's equivalent to an account manager.
I am responsible for increasing engagement and usage of the product. I check in with clients, create monthly data summaries, and strategize how to grow the data.
I work for an audiobook company that helps struggling readers. My goal is to increase student usage of our app and help school sites advance their students' reading stamina and overall reading achievement.
We are currently in a literacy crisis, and the pandemic has exacerbated it. Audiobooks, whether novels or textbooks read aloud, can help students overcome decoding roadblocks.
