Favorite Parts of Being a Reading Success Manager at Learning Ally
Danielle, a Manager of Reading Implementation Success at Learning Ally, most enjoys the blend of "going back to the classroom" and seeing the positive impact of the company's resources on students, such as "Hearing them say I read three books and I've never completed a book before." The combination of this impactful work and the flexibility of a work-from-home schedule is particularly fulfilling.

What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?
I enjoy being able to go back to the classroom because I do miss it. It's been four months, but I do miss being in the classroom. I taught for nine years.
Going to school does energize me. Helping students, seeing the light bulb go off for them, that's exciting.
For instance, maybe they couldn't read *The Diary of Anne Frank*. But on the app my company provides, there's a graphic novel version. Hearing them say, "I read three books," or "I've never completed a book before," or "I actually knew how to complete my book report because I could actually read the book."
That spark is incredible. Seeing the data go up, seeing the usage increase month to month or week to week, those things really excite me. Also, having the flexibility to work from home most days is great.
