What does a day in the life of your role look like?

Typically, I start the day by working from home. I work remotely, which is a major plus.

On a typical day, I'll check emails, respond to customer concerns, and troubleshoot. I help ensure students can access our products or refer them to IT or customer care for assistance.

I also do a lot of data mining to identify areas of growth and where to drive engagement.

There are days I visit schools to offer one-on-one instructional support. I also introduce our product to build awareness in schools that have purchased it through a district license and may not be aware of its full capabilities.

I also celebrate student data, which is the fun part of my job. I get to go back to schools, talk with teachers and students, and celebrate them by giving out certificates and donuts. It's a very data-driven and front-facing role.

It's extremely similar to being in the classroom, very customer-facing. I look at data to inform how I can do better.
