Q11: Significant lesson - career

One of the best lessons you can learn is to trust the process and never stop pushing. Wait for the outcomes to happen.

Sometimes you create a great strategy or a great project, and then you run into obstacles or speed bumps. It can get really derailed, and I see people give up and say, "Well, we hit a speed bump. I guess this is done."

The people who are successful are the ones who say, "No, I'm going to keep plugging forward, keep trying, and be patient while waiting for the outcome." It's like the snowball effect: the more it rolls down the hill and you push the project forward, the more momentum and speed it gains.

Then, all of a sudden, you look up one day and you have this great accomplishment. So, not having such a short-term mindset, but going in with the idea that you'll do this the right way and continue the process even if you hit speed bumps, until you reach the desired outcome, is something you develop over time in your career.
