What is your biggest challenge in your current role?
I think this is the same for a lot of my friends, across industries like real estate, banking, finance, and HR. I don't know if it was exacerbated by the pandemic, with people moving around to find better opportunities.
But dealing with conflicting personalities within a work environment and helping manage the HR team that resolves those conflicts or interpersonal disputes is a challenge. Then there's addressing well-founded issues raised by team members that need to be dealt with on the HR front.
That's probably my least favorite part of the job. It's probably my least favorite thing to do, and it's the biggest challenge.
