What are your main responsibilities within your current role?

My main responsibilities in my role right now are to look after the learning and development programs for our US business. I work with the teams in New York, San Diego, and Austin, Texas.

Essentially, what I do in my role is work directly with the consultants to see where they are in terms of the skill sets they need to be successful. There's a lot of business analysis, working directly with consultants, mixed in with delivering classroom sessions to impact a large number of people.
