What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?
I am a hundred percent in the role that I'm supposed to be in. The things I like about it on a day-to-day basis are getting to interact with salespeople, who are the most hilarious people that you could potentially work with. Everyone's really high energy.
The biggest thing that I really love about it is the ability to directly impact people's careers. This was the biggest thing that I loved about running my sales team and what I liked the most about being in a training capacity with my prior recruitment company.
The fact that I get to do this every day as my full-time job and tangibly see how what I'm helping people with creates those light bulb moments and ultimately helps them find success, that is the most fulfilling thing. That's really what I wanted out of my career.
