What is your biggest challenge in your current role?
My biggest challenge in my role is balancing my desire to help everyone with the priorities of the business. Sometimes, because I want so badly to help everyone, my focus can stray from the big picture of how I can ultimately impact people.
Being able to not just find that balance and do both, but also having the strategy to manage my time effectively to accomplish it, that's definitely one of my biggest struggles.
