What do you enjoy the most about being in your industry?
That's a great question. I actually tell a lot of my clients this, because I think a lot of people look at medical aesthetics or they look at filler and Botox, permanent makeup, all those things, and they just think vanity. But it's so much more than that.
It is actually extremely rewarding. I've had clients come in here who have been cancer survivors, or they have medical conditions to where they don't have any eyebrows. Or we have people come in that are really, maybe they have, they had a cleft lip or something like that, and we can do filler for them and bring back their confidence.
We've had people leave here in tears because they're so happy just to feel normal. So it really goes so much further past just the vanity part of it and just looks; it's really not just that. So I really enjoy helping people in that aspect.
Even if it's just maybe they do better in their careers because they're more confident now because they like the shape of their lips, or they don't have wrinkles anymore because they got Botox. So it goes a lot further past just people's looks.
It helps them feel better in their careers, makes them just more confident. Maybe they feel better in their marriage and their relationships with friends. So there's a lot of different things, and I feel like we truly do help people, even though it doesn't seem that way on the surface.
