What is one lesson that you've learned that has proven significant in your career?
To be open-minded about anything anyone brings to you, say yes. Do the crappy stuff that gets tossed on your desk. People will respect it and know that you're in it for the right reasons.
Just be able to let others know that you're devoted, because it will come back around. Even though there have been days where I wanted to walk out the door, close my laptop, and be done with it, it's definitely worth it to keep going and persevere. Even though it sounds cliché, it's really true.
