What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?
The thing I enjoy most about my role is meeting different kinds of people and going to fun events. It's great to genuinely have fun with those you work with or for outside of work.
This includes personal relationships with my superiors. They make it clear that while they are your boss, you are also teammates within the company.
We're on a level playing field when talking to each other. This allows friendships to cultivate and grow.
So, the relational aspect and being friends with many of my coworkers are definitely key.
