As someone who identifies as a Jewish male, how has that impacted how you've navigated your career?

My religion, Judaism, has a few concepts about giving back and taking care of the world. This has always driven me to do work that makes me feel good about myself and like I'm making an impact.

From a young age, I had a project where I raised money for a charity. It's always been ingrained in me.

As I've built my company, we do a walkathon every year called "The Boogie Down Broadway" to raise money for mental health. That's a big part of who I am. I'm constantly looking for ways to not just make money, but to ensure I'm making an impact, feel good about it, and can sleep at night knowing I'm doing good for this world.
