Transcript

What is your biggest challenge in your current role?

My biggest challenge is probably customer acquisition. I love helping, supporting, and coaching people; it's something I do even for those who aren't my clients.

However, I have a limited amount of time and energy. I'd rather use my energy on helping clients or spending time with friends.

To get more clients, I need to put energy into attending events, connecting with people, and working on the pipeline. This doesn't feel natural to me because I don't love the process of acquiring clients.

I want to be friends with everyone, but acquiring clients is a part of the journey of being a coach and truly helping people.
