What is one lesson that you have learned that has proven significant in your career?

I'll say this again: networking is so important. You don't know who you can reach out to that will help you in your career in the future.

I think just networking and letting people know what you're interested in and what you want to do is super important too, and just being clear on that. If you don't know, let people know, "Hey, I'm interested in sports agency roles, I'm interested in partnership roles."

Be specific in that aspect. So when they're looking on LinkedIn or talking to a colleague and they're like, "Hey, this role came up," or they see a partnership opportunity come up, they keep you top of mind and send that over to you.

So, I think leveraging your network that way and just making sure people know what you're up to and what you want to do for the future can help you. It can put you in positions, or you can help yourself put yourself in a better position to get the dream role that you want.
