Favorite Parts of Being an Associate at Nectar
Bella enjoys the variety inherent in agency work, citing "different clients" and learning about "so many different industries" as key aspects of their role at Nectar. This exposure to diverse perspectives, including those of senior colleagues with "double the experience," and building strong relationships with both colleagues and clients are significant aspects of their career satisfaction.

What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?
I would say for me, I really like having different clients. In an agency, you work with different clients, and I'm on four account teams right now. That means I work with four different clients, and for me, I get to learn so much about so many different industries.
My agency is in the tech-forward industry, but my clients are all very different. I've been here since March, so probably around three or four months. Even from then on, I feel like I've learned so much about tech specifically and about my agency.
I think this might be true for all agencies, but with mine specifically, I get to work with different people at different levels in my industry, which I really enjoy. I get to work one-on-one with those people.
Getting to work with people who have double or triple the experience I've had is valuable. Being here for a short time versus working with people who have been in this industry for so long, and hearing those different perspectives, is something I really enjoy. It allows me to deepen relationships with those people, as well as client relationships.
