Transcript

Could you walk me through your career path, starting with your experiences in college and any internships or jobs you had before your current role?

In college, I attended Loyola Marymount University. I majored in Communications and minored in Journalism and Public Relations.

Initially, I was focused on working in sports. I pursued a career path within the sports industry, interning with several franchises. These included the San Francisco Giants' community fund, the LA Clippers' marketing department, and the LA Galaxy's premium concierge department, which was a customer service role.

I also interned at a smaller podcast agency. There, I helped scout hosts for sports podcasts and reached out to athletes and their agents. Towards the end of my college career, I interned at a small PR agency. This experience made me realize I hadn't fully explored PR.

From there, I decided to shift my focus more towards PR. While I still have an interest in sports and could return to it, I wanted to experience agency life more. This ultimately led me to my current position.
