What did you do in college that set you up for success in your career?
Your career will be quite different from college. But when you're in college and preparing, I would say take classes that excite you. You have a list of required courses for your major, but if you can take any side classes or categorize them by areas that you like, I think that's really important.
This also applies to joining clubs and organizations, and signing up for fellowships. I did a fellowship that ended up leading to an internship. If you're not finding a club or group on campus that relates to your career, then create it. Find a faculty member who will champion you, get a group of people together, and you can make it happen.
