Could you walk me through your career path? Please start with your experiences in college, any internships, or jobs you had before your current role.

My career path might be slightly different than the norm because I was in college during the heat of COVID. That definitely impacted the decisions that I made.

I had two pretty impactful internships during my time. I worked with a residential compost company based in New York, doing marketing and logo redevelopment, and expanding to new customers.

My largest and longest internship was with a nonprofit based out of San Francisco called Zero Food Print. My goal was to connect them to universities and figure out how to open new avenues and create new relationships.

Both of them were really focused around the combination of sustainability and business, which is something that I was very passionate about. All the experience definitely prepared me for where I am today in my current career.
