What is your biggest challenge in your current role?
The biggest challenge for me in this role was coming from a different industry and having focused on a different part of finance. For the majority of my career, I learned a lot about the different terminology and business, as well as different parts of business.
There are many moving parts, and it can be intricate at times. I think being able to learn that and apply it to what I'm doing in my role, and also keep ahead of it, has been the biggest challenge.
But it's also been exciting to learn about this. It's been a steep learning curve, but it's exciting as well.
