Favorite Parts of Being a Recruiter at Healthcare Company
Anna enjoys being a recruiter because the role allows one to "connect with so many different people" from diverse backgrounds, and find out what they're looking for in their careers; the best part is feeling like one can "help them and be a part of their career journey," acting as their "best advocate."
