What are your main responsibilities within your current role?
My current role is region manager of a commercial lending team at the bank I work for. My main responsibilities include overseeing the team of lenders, loan assistance, and underwriters.
This team helps the bank facilitate real estate loans, lines of credit, and similar services for businesses. The goal is to help businesses grow and to make money for the bank. I oversee the portfolio of businesses that are our clients.
My role involves managing my team and helping them navigate different loan situations or borrower scenarios. That's what I do in my current role.
