What is one lesson you have learned that has proven significant in your career?
It's never too late to start something new. Often, we get set in our ways, thinking that because we studied biology, computer science, or business, we have to stick to one track.
However, my career has shown me that having diverse backgrounds and trying different internships and experiences is valuable. While I might have faced more challenges in a different role, in this one, I have better work-life balance and enjoy the people I work with.
So, if you don't like something or want to try something new, it's never too late to start. Don't be afraid to jump in and do it.
