What sort of skills are most important for a job like yours?
Multitaskers need to be able to translate a lot of technical terms into business terms. Not that I'm a PM, but often I work with my Solutions Engineer and product engineering to work through the technological problems my clients are having.
A lot of this work involves being able to think on your feet or put on different hats. So, more so, I'd say qualitative skills are important.
However, sometimes we have to pull reports, so having a little bit of Excel knowledge is helpful there too.
