What are some of the main responsibilities within your current role?
My current role's main responsibilities involve managing accounts. My current account is NBCU, which is one of, if not the top, client at Free Will.
We manage their ad platform and also maintain other products within our realm, including programmatic and other services. Basically, anytime there's an issue, they raise it with our team.
If there are any new services or products, we upsell them. We ensure we're hitting impression thresholds and generating revenue, as well as hitting targeted goals.
