What do you enjoy most about being in your current role?
Honestly, I really enjoy the flexibility. My team is awesome; I think they understand the competing priorities of life. I have a great work-life balance.
I really enjoy the banter I have with my solution engineer and my team. They work so hard, but I think we are able to balance things and tag team effectively. Being able to work remotely is also a plus factor.
After the pandemic, I'm moving over to the West Coast, even though my company is on the East Coast. Having that flexibility and trust is huge. It allows for a work-life balance, even while doing an MBA.
