What are some of the biggest challenges that come with being a Client Solutions manager?
I think it's just dealing with tough clients. For the most part, people can be pretty reasonable with their requests.
But I think sometimes I get really frustrated with people challenges. This happens when they're expecting timelines or deadlines and are unreasonable about it.
I think it's definitely transitioned over depending on who your client is. So yeah, I think that's probably the biggest challenge: just trying to appease your client while also appeasing the product solution side.
This is to make sure that the things you're building out for your clients are following the talent they need and meeting those needs. It's always the biggest challenge in every job you'll find, just working with different personalities.
