As an African American woman, how has that impacted or how has that navigated your career as an African American woman in commercial real estate?
It's impacted my career because it made me realize the importance and the need for diversity in commercial real estate. Upon joining this industry, it has honestly been a passion and purpose of mine to promote more diversity and inclusion in this space.
It's something I really take pride in doing and executing. I'm very excited to see what the next five or ten years look like in this space as more diversity emerges from commercial real estate and brokerage.
