What do you enjoy most about being in your current role as vice president?
What I enjoy most about this role is that I can create my day. I have flexibility in what my week will look like, and the earning potential has no ceiling.
If you're a go-getter, a hardworking individual, or a passionate person about your job, this is a great field. There's no cap to earning potential.
I used to play sports growing up, so I look at it as a fun, 12-month game of how many deals I can close and how much revenue I can bring in. It can be very competitive, but also very fulfilling.
