What does a day in the life of a vice president look like?
A day in the life of a vice president at CBRE is a mixed bag. It can be many things; we create our day as we see fit.
If I want to drum up more business, I may be boots on the ground networking, going to events, meeting face-to-face with clients, attending conferences, or going to happy hours. The goal is to get in front of people to drum up business and network.
Or, if I am super slammed and have plenty of business on my desk that needs to be underwritten and closed, then I am in my Excel sheets. I'm looking at numbers and getting loan packages prepared for the market.
So, it really depends on where that vice president or producer is in their pipeline. They might need to generate more business or focus on the business they currently have to get those deals closed and move on to other possible business.
