What have you learned about this role that you wish someone would have told you before you entered the industry?
Being in the tech and healthcare spaces, there are tons of acronyms and random nuances I never knew about. In the tech space, there are so many different ways things operate and processes work.
Then, in the healthcare space, there are so many acronyms. I was doing so much research to understand what everything meant.
The insurance side of healthcare is a whole beast in itself. There are so many random little pockets of information you have to learn. I wish someone had given me a heads-up about that.
But it is exciting to learn something new every day.
